If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide me with at least 24 hours notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer booking to another guest. 50% charge will be applied to last minute cancellations, and no shows will be charged full price of booked services. In the event of a no-show, or if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. I value your time, the time of other guests, and my time.
